  > "One of the + PLURAL NOUN" is  a standing rule. We can't say "one of the one". 
  >  "Look forward to + noun phrase (verb + ing or gerund serves as a noun)
  >  "Tower" should be capitalized because it is a definite name of a place, thus a proper noun
