Sometimes, when you give me a question I was  confused and surprised because I never thought of that.

We need to change the arrangements of words in this sentence because it's incorrect. 

Because I never think about that question.

Now, I very satifised my living place that wide green glass garden and near by river.

Now, I am very satisfied living in a place with wide green glass garden nearby the river.

Add "am" after the pronoun "I" and arrange the order of your adjectives then add nearby before the word, "river."

But, I have a plan to live in U.S.A  after a couple of years. 

Instead of saying a few years later we can also say after a couple of years.
